“Okay, Ross, we have to start being better people.”
   “Why?”
“We have to be the best we can be.  We have to be good, not bad.”
   “Why?”
“Because then our friends will be better people.”
   “They’re already better people.”

Fidelio is a comedy about a boyfriend and girlfriend who can’t break up.  It stars Bruce Alcock, Sarah Chase, Ross Manson, Kimberly Huie, Mary Lewis, and—from The Kids in the Hall—Mark McKinney.  It premiered at the Local Heroes Festival in Edmonton and was broadcast on CBC-TV.

About

FILM

“They’re utterly self-absorbed, but just when you’re thinking about succumbing to pure loathing, they do or say something wonderful … Superbly edited and paced.  A must-see.”
